 The Nob Hill Apartments is professionally managed by the owner, a local management company, and most importantly, by an On Site Full Time Property Manager. There is a top notch on site office that is staffed five days a week, along with a state of the art maintenance shop that allows for attending to general maintenance issues seven days a week.
